Pool houses

A pool house can serve many purposes — changing and showering facilities, a plant room, a leisure or entertaining space, a gym, or a combination of these. We design pool houses that complement the architecture of the main property and work practically alongside the pool they serve.

Terraces and paving

The terrace around a pool is one of the most important elements of the outdoor space. We specify and lay natural stone, porcelain and other premium paving materials in a way that complements the pool, drains properly, and creates a comfortable, safe surface for use around water.

Changing areas and WC facilities

For larger or more formal pool projects, dedicated changing facilities and WC provision close to the pool makes the space genuinely practical for family use and for entertaining. We incorporate these facilities into the wider design of the pool area.

Lighting

Thoughtful lighting extends the enjoyment of a pool beyond daylight hours. We specify and install underwater pool lighting and external terrace and garden lighting that creates atmosphere in the evening without being intrusive or over-stated.

Plant rooms

Every pool requires a plant room housing the filtration, heating, chemical dosing and control equipment. We design and build plant rooms that are properly sized, well-ventilated, accessible for maintenance, and discreetly positioned within the overall scheme.

Landscaping coordination

Where a wider landscaping project is underway alongside the pool, we coordinate closely with the landscape designer or contractor to ensure that the pool, terrace and planting interfaces are properly sequenced and resolved at the construction stage.
